I used Adam’s moving service based on what I read from Yelp.

Adam was good enough to come to my old residence to do an in-home estimate. He didn’t conduct any high pressure sales tactics but instead explained all of the available options clearly.

The guys who came over to load our things were prompt, friendly, and very professional. They loaded our things without any issue or damage. We went to a secondary location (my in-laws) to pick up other furniture, and again this was loaded without any issues. When we came to our new residence, they unloaded all of our furniture based on our guidance of where we wanted it. We wanted one of our couches to go to our basement, but it did not fit well through the back entrance. Rather than trying to force it and damage the couch or our plants, etc, the movers correctly identified that this wouldn’t be good, and we placed it instead in our living room. Again, without any issues.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Adams Moving Service and would recommend them to others.”

After having calmed down from the initial shock of the situation, I realized that your company was willing to do what was essentially a same-day move in record temperatures. I find that pretty amazing, plus your guys were very fast and professional. Your combined efforts changed what was a nightmare scenario for my move into me being an extraordinarily satisfied customer, sure to use and or recommend your services to friends.

My invoice for the move came to a total of $313.20 for the move, which I think is more than reasonable considering what you guys were able to pull off. Thanks again for your willingness to work with me on this move!

Second Time Mover October 2009

Flawless move from the Eastside to Capitol Hill, including an unfriendly move-in building [3 floor carry, long hallway]. Second flawless move out of Kent Public Storage space to higher ground. The crew allowed me to sort as we worked, so that I could get rid of almost 50% of the mess left by a national moving company [who had dumped everything in a complete jumble]. The fact that the crew are regular employees, not just pick-up day laborers; and that everything travels in the same van with no transfers/mixups/losses makes all the difference!

You were recommended by the Capitol Hill Mothers’ Group, and I now recommend you to everyone I know!

I’m writing to tell you that our move on Saturday 9/14/09 was great. Anthony and Aaron called to ask if we could start a little early, which was fine with us. They called when they had arrived and parked and then transported all our belongings with more energy than I expected out of them, especially knowing that they’d already done a morning move. Their attitudes were pleasant and friendly and professional. They worked hard, especially on a hot day. I especially appreciated them taking the time to ask about where to place each item in the new home, so that I won’t have to do so much rearranging and moving again up and down basement stairs.
